What's Next?

Updating Community Compact to evaluate progress, involve Baltimore city, and revisit/revise strategies to strengthen communities and support economic empowerment
Question
How much funding comes from the federal government?
They are still working on funding, but they are applying to new grants
What is the approximate timeline?
Everything is in flux
1922: Request for more community dumpsters.
City provides 4 free dumpsters per year; if we want more, we need to fundraise for extra
1925: Request for local rights group to come and speak with residents regarding deportation in the wake of ICE increasing activity
We will work on that and hope to have such a meeting for January.
